Your Therapy Journey...

To begin, you can get in touch through the contact page to let me know you are thinking about starting therapy or would like to arrange an initial consultation. You are welcome to include a brief sense of what has led you to seek therapy at this time.

The Sessions

Once we have discussed the therapy agreement and any questions you may have, we will begin sessions. These are offered on a weekly basis as a minimum, at the same day and time.

Initial Consultation

After getting in touch, we can arrange an initial consultation, which is usually held in person where possible. This provides an opportunity to think together about what you would like from therapy and how I may be able to support you.

The Ending

You are free to end therapy at any time, although I would encourage you to bring this into the session so we can explore it together as part of the therapeutic process. Endings can often be a meaningful part of the work, and we may use this time to reflect and consider any next steps if needed.
